Provider data is shared with users for service discovery.
We may share data with law enforcement if legally required.

  1. Payment Information

6.1 No Payment Gateway Usage Riyera does not collect or process payment card details or use third-party payment gateways. All payments are made externally via bank transfer, online banking, cash, or cash cheque.

 

6.2 Proof of Payment and Receipts When you submit proof of payment (e.g., transaction slip, screenshot) or receive a receipt for cash or cheque payments, we store this information securely for verification and record-keeping purposes. This data is not shared with any third parties and is used solely to confirm your subscription status.

 

6.3 Cheque Clearance In the case of cash cheque payments, your subscription will be activated only after the cheque is successfully cleared and funds are received in our account.

 

6.4 Data Retention Payment-related documents and receipts are retained for the duration of your subscription and for a reasonable period thereafter, in compliance with applicable financial and legal obligations.

Welcome to RBSN (Riyera Breakdown Services Network), a mobile application developed by Riyera, offering 24/7 vehicle breakdown assistance by connecting drivers with service providers across Sri Lanka.
By using RBSN, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Services Provided

RBSN connects drivers with registered breakdown service providers.
Internet-based calling is used to facilitate communication.
The app displays provider profiles, availability, and service areas.

3. User Responsibilities

Provide accurate information during registration.
Use the app only for lawful purposes.
Do not misuse or attempt to disrupt the app’s functionality.

4. Provider Responsibilities

Ensure all business details submitted are accurate and up to date.
Maintain valid licenses and insurance as required by Sri Lankan law.
Respond promptly and professionally to service requests.

5. Subscription and Payment Terms

 5.1 Subscription Plan Riyera offers an annual subscription plan for service providers listed on the platform. By subscribing, you gain access to platform features and visibility for a period of 12 months from the date of activation.

5.2 Accepted Payment Methods Subscription fees can be paid through one of the following methods:

  • Direct bank transfer
  • Online banking
  • Cash payment (in person, to an authorized Riyera representative)
  • Cash cheque (issued in favour of Riyera and handed over to an authorized representative)

5.3 Payment Confirmation

  • For bank or online transfers, service providers must submit proof of payment (e.g., screenshot or transaction reference number).
  • For cash payments, a physical or digital receipt will be issued.
  • For cash cheques, the subscription will be activated only after the cheque is cleared and funds are received.

5.4 Non-Refundable Policy All payments made toward the annual subscription are non-refundable, except in cases of proven technical error or duplicate payment, subject to Riyera’s discretion.

5.5 Renewal You will be notified prior to the end of your subscription term. Renewal requires a new payment via one of the accepted methods and submission of updated proof or receipt.

  1. Limitation of Liability

RBSN acts as a platform and is not responsible for the quality, timeliness, or outcome of services provided by third-party providers.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
