Welcome to Riyera (“we,” “us,” or “our”). A sole proprietorship registered in Sri Lanka. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Riyera’s digital platforms, mobile applications, websites, automotive service networks, online marketplaces, and related products and services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
- Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in Sri Lanka) to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.
- Services Description
Riyera provides:- Connection to emergency services and roadside assistance providers.
- Digital platforms connecting drivers with automotive service providers.
- Riyera Parts Shop is an online marketplace (request-for-quote (RFQ) platform) for vehicle body components and spare parts.
- Entertaining and safety-oriented features to enhance the driving experience.
We act as a facilitator/platform and are not a direct provider of emergency, towing, repair, or sales services unless explicitly stated. All third-party services are provided by independent providers; we do not guarantee their quality, availability, or outcome.
- Emergency Services Disclaimer
While Riyera strives to ensure rapid assistance:
- Emergency response times may vary
- Actual services are provided by independent third parties
- Riyera does not guarantee outcomes, response times, or service availability
Users acknowledge that emergency services are subject to external conditions beyond Riyera’s control.
- Third-Party Service Providers
- Automotive workshops, retailers, fuel stations, EV charging points, and others operate independently
- Riyera is not responsible for the quality, pricing, warranties, or conduct of third-party providers
- Any disputes must be resolved directly with the service provider.
- Riyera Parts Shop (Online Marketplace) Terms
We operate an online platform that allows users (“you” or “User”) to submit requests for vehicle body components and parts that are difficult to find. You provide details via our online form (e.g., part description (Part Number/ Other, vehicle make/model/year, Engine Chassis Number, photos if uploaded, contact information). We source availability and pricing from our supplier network, curate quotations, and offer parts for sale directly through our shop at the displayed prices (which include our service fees/markup). If you accept the quotation, we facilitate the order and arrange delivery to your doorstep. We are the seller of record for all transactions.
5.1. User Responsibilities and Requests
- You must provide accurate, complete, and current information in your request form.
- You are responsible for verifying part compatibility with your vehicle. We do not guarantee fitment or performance.
- Submissions are requests only — no binding purchase until you explicitly accept a quotation (e.g., via confirmation email, payment, or other agreed method).
- You agree not to submit requests for illegal, counterfeit, or prohibited parts.
5.2. Quotations, Orders and Pricing
- All prices are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) unless stated otherwise, inclusive/exclusive of taxes as displayed.
- Prices exclude any taxes, duties, Delivery charges or additional fees unless specified.
- Quotations are estimates valid for the stated period (e.g., 7 days) and subject to change based on availability, supplier changes, or errors.
- Prices and availability are subject to change without notice; we may cancel orders due to errors, stock issues, or other reasons (with full refund).
- Orders are offers to buy; we accept by sending an order confirmation.
- We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse orders.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any request/quotation without liability.
5.3. Payments
- Payments are handled securely (e.g., via bank transfer or other methods we specify).
- Full or partial payment of 75% of the total Amount may be required before fulfillment.
5.4. Delivery and Fulfillment
- Delivery is arranged through third-party logistics (couriers/suppliers). We provide tracking where available but are not liable for delays, loss, damage during transit, or customs issues.
- Risk of loss passes to you upon handover to the carrier.
- Return/refund policies depend on the supplier’s terms (provided in quotation). We assist with coordination but are not responsible for disputes.
5.5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
- Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind (express or implied), including accuracy of sourcing, part quality, or availability.
- We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages (e.g., vehicle downtime, additional repair costs).
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific transaction (if any).
- We are not responsible for supplier/retailer performance, part defects, or warranties — direct claims to them.
5.6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
- Returns accepted within [e.g., 7/14 days] of delivery if parts are unused, in original packaging, and defective/wrong (subject to inspection).
- No returns for custom/special-order parts, used parts, or buyer-remorse unless faulty.
- Refunds processed to original payment method within [e.g., 14 days] after return approval.
- Return delivery costs borne by you unless error on our part.
- Cancellations before delivery: possible with fee or full refund at our discretion.
5.7. Warranties and Disclaimers
- We pass on manufacturer/supplier warranties where applicable (details provided per product).
- Parts sold “as is” for aftermarket/used items unless stated.
- Important Auto Parts Disclaimer: We do not guarantee fitment, compatibility, or performance for your specific vehicle. You are responsible for verifying compatibility (e.g., OEM numbers, specs). We are not liable for installation errors, consequential damages, or vehicle issues arising from parts.
- Services/Site provided “as is” without warranties (express/implied).
- Account Registration
Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- Service Provider Subscriptions
- Service providers may subscribe to annual plans via bank transfer, cash, or cheque.
- All payments are non-refundable.
- Subscription activation is subject to manual verification by the Riyera team.
- User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information
- Use the Services lawfully and responsibly
- Avoid misuse, fraud, or interference with platform operations
You must not:
- Abuse emergency systems
- Misrepresent emergencies
- Attempt unauthorized access or data extraction
- Intellectual Property
All content, software, trademarks, logos, designs, and data belong to Riyera or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
- Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Riyera shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Riyera is not responsible for vehicle damage, service delays, or third-party failures
- Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Riyera from any claims arising from:
- Your misuse of the Services
- Violation of these Terms
- Disputes with third-party providers
- Termination
Riyera may suspend or terminate access if:
- These Terms are violated
- Fraudulent or abusive activity is detected
- Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Sri Lankan courts.
- Updates to Terms
Riyera may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
